Here the instruction:

1. Edit your settings
menu>tools>settings>connection>acess point>SmartInternet
then press option then advance settings
and look for "Proxy serv. address"
then type this ip
10.102.61.46
then the "Proxy port number"
8080

2. Then open your Opera 8.65 then brose in this format
http://wap.igma.tv@URL you want to visit

example:
http://wap.igma.tv@eugineswapworld.blogspot.com
